Well, the video and sound quality of the third Extreme has taken workuot jump in quality. Your State to accompany the review. I like to combine this one with the Man Maker, Leg Burner, and Cool Down for a great workout that takes less than 30 minutes. Russian Kettlebell - 18 lbs.
I didn't think you could top perfection, but Keith managed to do just that with Extreme3. It's two bells and for me 35lbs bells kick my ass all over! Part of the charm of the first two Extremes was the rough-and-ready production values.

The Extreme Kettlebell Cardio Workout 3. Go ahead and try it today. Be Viking Strong 49 young. It includes overhead squats, squat, lunges, and swings. The Swing Workout includes one arm swings, high pulls, snatches, alternating swings, and clean and presses. I believe a dynamic rest of mins works well for me. As you can tell, this is an intense workout with some advanced kettlebell movements that beginners might not be able to execute without a coach.
You also get three additional workouts: This workout takes about 11 minutes to complete, but with a heavy kettlebell, it is intense.

And the works are short and sweet with some much needed breathers. Your workouts are top notch and fitness level inspiring. This is Keith's best dvd to date and will get anyone into phenomenal physical condition!
